According to the reports, there is a probability that more than 13 lakh women in Maharashtra will added in 2.34 crore beneficiaries and receive financial assistance from the government under the ladki Bahin Yojana from month of December.

At a meeting with top officials of Maharashtra, Shinde declared that he would increase the financial amount from 1,500 to 2100 from now for the women of the state under ladki Bahin Yojana Maharashtra. With this increment, Shinde wants to empower their beloved sisters by providing additional financial relief and make them financially independent.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Ladki Bahin Yojana applicant must clear all the eligibility criteria’s these are as mentioned below:-
- The applying applicant must be a permanent resident of Maharashtra state.
- Applicant must be a female by gender.
- Age of the applicant must be in between 21 to 65 years
- Applicant must have their own bank account linked with an Aadhar card.
